He also proposes to YUE that he should appoint eighteen feudal kings, which nevertheless leads to conflicts among them. Meanwhile, YUE takes out the treasures from the imperial tomb and gives them to the feudal kings as rewards, which causes complaints among the QIN’s people. Later, YUE wipes out every descendant of the Qin royal clan and officials to prevent future troubles……
