AUYEUNG KAI brings YAN-KIU to visit a well-equipped elderly centre. He reveals that CHI-TO is willing to pay for all the expenses if AH-LUI agrees to settle the case outside the court. Inspired by BETTY, AH-LUI refuses to compromise. AH-LUI and SUI-YEE ask BETTY to sell the property but BETTY refuses to do so. BETTY suddenly receives a call from the elderly centre telling her that a man has picked up YAN-KIU from the centre. Both of them are frightened.
